I should be getting it tomorrow, I felt left out! No idea what to name my town. Maybe this (stolen from Neogaf): ![]() My Harvest Moon ANB town's name was Moo City Town. I'm not very creative. |

I need a bug net. So many wonderful delicious bugs and I have no way to catch them. I haven't seen one for sale yet. On another note, my puppy is infatuated with the jibberish/japanese hybrid the npcs speak. She likes to press her nose against the top screen whenever they're talking. Maybe she understands what they're saying? Couple of questions: Sometimes fish don't tap the bobble. They just take it under but then I lose them. Is there a different method you're supposed to use for those? And am I supposed to pick up flowers if I see them growing wildly? Do they grow back if I do? |

Kio, the best way to catch fish is audibly. You have to listen for the bigger splash. Sometimes this can happen the first time the fish "nibbles" at the line, or whatever. Sometimes it can take like 5 nibbles. Seems pretty random. I've so far not found any fish I need to do anything different on, but some of the more expensive fish maybe unhook off the line faster than some of the cheaper ones? Like you gotta be pretty speedy with sharks and such, but they sell for like 8-12k (yum) I can look for a bug net for you. Kitty and I have shovels/bug nets, but we're missing Axes. As for flowers, I water them every day, so they don't wilt. I've noticed that flowers sprout up next to existing flowers, so I'd maybe pick up flowers and place them down in some pattern in some special area of your town. That way you can easily tell when a new flower grows. I don't know if they randomly sprout up on their own (not near other flowers, that is). Also, don't run over them. I trampled a few my first day by doing that. oops! |

Geeze this game is unforgiving if you have poor depth perception lol. I see that hitting the D-pad will cycle through your tools, but is there a quick way to unequip tools without having to go through your inventory screen? Also, how do you change it to be more tuned in with evening play style? |

If you push down on the D-Pad it will un-equip your current tool (that is unless you have no space for it in your inventory. You have to issue a town ordinance to tune it for evening play style. |

Kioko wrote: Also, how do you change it to be more tuned in with evening play style? you have to get 100% approval rating with the town. after that you can setup rules to be a nightowl town meaning stuff opens late. i think it will cost you 20k to change it. |
